Apps aren't blocked when my time is up

Check that Screen Time access is on for 30:30 (iPhone Settings › Screen Time › Apps with Screen Time Access) and that limits are started on the home screen. Screen Time can report usage a little late.

Apps stay blocked after the break

Open 30:30. It checks the status and unblocks apps whose break has ended.

I can't pick a whole category

30:30 counts individual apps. Expand a category and select the apps inside it.

How do I remove everything?

Settings › Reset limits unblocks apps and deletes your selection, rules and history. Deleting the app removes all its data.
